It’s time to change your story.

Anxiety and Individual Relationship Therapy for Young Adults in Washington State

Does this sound familiar?

  • Do you feel riddled with anxiety?

  • Do you struggle to find a healthy, loving balance in your relationships?

  • Maybe your heart races and you get worried about upholding boundaries in your life and relationships.

  • You want to build more self-compassion and self-trust, but instead, you feel lost, disconnected, and dysregulated.

If this is you, you’re not alone. You don’t have to stay stuck in relationship dynamics that don’t serve you. You don’t have to live with constant, all-consuming anxiety. You can create a new story.

Hi, I’m Alex.

I’m a therapist in Washington State specializing in anxiety and individual relationship issues.

If you struggle with not feeling good enough, not being able to stay present, and not being able to trust yourself, you’re in the right place.

I want you to know that change is possible. You can experience joy, connection, and trust. You can make decisions that serve you. You can build resilience and heal from past trauma.

You deserve to work with someone who deeply understands the fears and challenges you face. You deserve a nonjudgmental space to process, learn, grow, and heal.

I’m here to support and empower you in this work and will do so with compassion, humor, empathy, and curiosity.

“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

— Viktor E. Frankl

I believe that your story about yourself tells you who you are, why you behave the way you do, and helps make sense of the past and anticipate the future. Often, these narratives didn't just appear but have been constructed and influenced by your past experiences and the influential people in your life.

I’ll work to help you:

  • Trust your intuition and decisions

  • Manage daily, plaguing anxiety

  • Become aligned in your thoughts, beliefs, and actions

  • Communicate and set loving boundaries in your life

  • Build healthy, flourishing relationships

  • Feel mindful, present, and resilient, even when things are hard

Together, we’ll help you find a new story so you can trust yourself, build resilience, and feel empowered in your life and relationships.

Services

Therapy for Anxiety

I work with adults to create new patterns of behavior and cultivate connection and authenticity in alignment with their values.

Clients who work with me learn tools and skills to manage their anxiety, gain clarity on all the different parts of themselves, and feel more aligned in their beliefs and actions.

My clients are interested in self-development, and enhancing awareness, and are ready to take the next step in creating the life they want to live.

Relationship Dynamics

I help individual adults create balanced, healthy, and loving relationships in their lives.

Together, we’ll look at and unpack themes from your childhood, current attachment styles, and historical relational patterns.

My clients come away with a clear understanding of their relationship dynamics, the ability to communicate and set better boundaries, and a functional toolkit for forming and maintaining relationships rooted in care, love, and reciprocity.
