My fee is $160 per 55-minute session.
Therapy is an emotional, financial, and time investment in yourself. I believe therapy is most effective in a consistent, well-established relationship. Therefore, I typically see clients on a regular, weekly basis, especially in the beginning of treatment.
Insurance
I currently am in network with Aetna and Premera. I am an Out-of-Network provider for all other insurances. However, your insurance plan may provide reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. Whether you get reimbursed and how much will depend on your specific plan. If you would like to utilize your out-of-network benefits, you will pay for the session at the time of appointment and then I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

These are questions you might want to ask your insurance provider when inquiring about out-of-network benefits:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services provided via telehealth?
Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?
Is there a maximum reimbursement amount for the year?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
How much does my insurance plan reimburse for an out-of-network provider?
How do I submit receipts for reimbursement?

Sliding Scale
I am not taking any more sliding scale clients at this time. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on client financial need. I will be happy to discuss this with you further if you feel this might apply to your situation.
Cancellation Policy
I require clients to provide at least a 48-hour notice if you will not be attending a scheduled session. If you provide less than a 48-hour notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and no-show appointments are billed at the full rate of service.
Good Faith Estimate Information
A Good Faith Estimate is provided to clients who do not have insurance and/or are not using out-of-network insurance coverage.
